About us
Welcome to Amelia Earhart School, our private bilingual primary school in Wiesbaden.
From Preschool through Grade 4, children learn and grow in a German-speaking school environment where English is naturally integrated into everyday school life through our immersion approach.
As a full-day school, we provide a structured and reliable school day from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This includes breakfast, lunch and snacks, as well as a varied after-school programme with a range of extracurricular activities and clubs.
Through bilingual learning and a supportive school community, we encourage children to develop academically, socially and personally while building confidence, independence, curiosity and a positive attitude towards learning.

Our school is named after the legendary aviator Amelia Earhart, who fearlessly explored the skies and pushed the boundaries of what was thought possible. Inspired by her spirit of adventure and determination, we aim to cultivate a love for learning and exploration in our students.

Language Immersion
Through our immersion approach, students experience English regularly and naturally as part of everyday school life, supporting language acquisition and the development of bilingual skills.
Transferable Skills
Equip students with transferable skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity, allowing them to apply their knowledge and skills across different contexts and disciplines in both languages.
Socio-Emotional Development
We support our students’ social and emotional development by fostering a positive school climate, trusting relationships and respectful interactions. We encourage self-confidence, resilience and empathy.
