Learning in Two Languages, Growing in Two Worlds

At Amelia Earhart School, bilingualism is not just a subject – it’s a way of learning and living.
From preschool to 4th grade, our students grow up speaking, thinking, and creating in English and German naturally and confidently.

What is Bilingual Immersion?

Learning by living the language – from day one, English and German become the languages of work, play, and discovery.

  • Used in lessons, games, projects, and daily routines.

  • Applied across multiple subjects – not just in language class.

  • A continuous approach that accompanies each child throughout primary school.

Why it works?

Our immersion program gives children more than just language skills

Collaborative Teaching – subject teachers and language specialists work closely together to ensure the best learning outcomes.

Immersion Environment – classrooms designed with bilingual materials, visual aids, and real-world resources to support continuous language exposure.
