We are looking for motivated activity leaders to strengthen our bilingual after-school program at Amelia Earhart School. Do you enjoy working with children aged 5–10 and have experience in extracurricular activities? We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can offer a 90-minute weekly activity (3:15 PM – 4:45 PM) and bring creative ideas to our students. We are particularly interested in activities such as: 🏀 Sports: Yoga, table tennis, basketball, soccer, or chess 🎶 Music & Arts: Choir, instrumental lessons, pottery, or creative workshops 🌿 Gardening: A project to enhance our schoolyard 🔬 Science & Sustainability: Nature exploration or sustainability-focused activities 📩 Interested? Teacher

Primary School Teacher (Full-time)

📅Start Date: August 2025 (new school year) 🕒Full-time Amelia Earhart School in Wiesbaden is looking for a qualified German primary school teacher to join our bilingual team. The position includes leading a class and actively shaping lessons in a dynamic, international environment. Responsibilities: Take on a class teacher role and deliver lessons based on the Hessian curriculum Support students in their individual development Collaborate with the bilingual team to integrate German and English teaching methods Communicate with parents and participate in meetings and school events Contribute to the school’s all-day learning program through creative projects and extracurricular activities Requirements: A teaching qualification for primary education in Germany (1st and 2nd state examination or an equivalent recognized degree) Experience in teaching at the primary level Strong classroom management and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively in a bilingual team Enthusiasm for innovative teaching methods and a commitment to student-centered learning Fluency in German (native or C2 level); English proficiency is an advantage What We Offer: A rewarding and varied position in an international, bilingual school environment A competitive salary and modern working conditions Opportunities for professional and personal development A supportive and motivated team If this position interests you and you meet the requirements, we look forward to receiving your application.
